Returns

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Customers may pack the items in the original box or in a suitable package of their choice and attach the return label. A suitable package is one in which the item/items can easily fit without bulging or causing the package to tear or break. Go to your nearest post office and hand in the package.

Refund

Refund requests must be made within 15 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

• Good does not match description;

• Good is the wrong size;

• Purchaser changed their mind; or

• Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations.

Standard Delivery by Canada Post.

Delivery within Canada takes 2 - 4 business days.

Delivery to the US takes 4 - 6 business days.

International Delivery takes 4 - 7 business days.

All purchases can be picked up from the studio.
